National Ice Cream Day+Mandala for Summer+Seasonal Scavenger Hunt

Hello and welcome to the coolest day of the summer, National Ice Cream Day! 

We did two lovely summer Forest and Nature Scavenger Hunts, these were free simply by providing our email address at: https://www.kcedventures.com/summer-scavenger-hunts-for-kids/

A super unique feature on one was to discover something you did not expect to see and on our early morning walk we were surprised to see a grape vine growing out from a fence and something in our local park that resembles baby tomates which Barron is pointing at in our photos below:

Tim Hortons Kids Camp Day

 Today is Tim Horton's Camp Day to help empower youths, we purchased these braclets for $3.00 each this year with all proceeds going toward good in our community.

Krispy Cream Birthday+National French Fry Day

 Today is a time to celebrate: 

You can get a great deal on donuts on Krispy Creme's birthday July 12 remeber that red light means freshly baked so warm donuts and we love our original glaze. Barron has a hat to celebrate this festive day.

Happy RootBeer Day+National Chicken Day

Today was RootBeer Day so we went to our favourite local A&W restuarant for a frozen root beer and onion rings indulgence. Delicious and a good time as usual. Something we were unaware of was this day is also National Chicken Day at KFC and Mary Browns. 

Whenever we can we often hug a tree, talk to it for a bit by thanking it and asking if it is ok then we share a picture. We hope this act of kindness motivates you.
